Computer Facility Use Policy
The ITC maintains three, 20-station computer labs for classroom use and one open access computing lab for drop in student, faculty and staff use. We abide by the Student Code of Conduct and Policies the Faculty Computer Use Policy, and the Information Systems Ethics Policy.
Individual Use
Computer workstations and software are available for use on a first come, first served basis unless reserved for a workshop.
Whole Class Use
Please call the ITC in advance if you wish to schedule space for an entire class. We will schedule whole classes on a space available basis. If your class will need the assistance of ITC staff, we expect that you will plan activities with us prior to your scheduled time. Please call 404-413-8081 to reserve space and/or schedule staff.
As a courtesy to us and others using the ITc, please:
- meet your students in your classroom before coming to the Center as a group.
- remind students that food and drink are not permitted in the ITC.
- If students need to check out materials, see that they have had their IDs bar coded at the Pullen Circulation Desk on the first floor of Library North.
