Welcome to Best Practices in Technology Integration

The College of Education at Georgia State University created this best practice web site through the PT3 grant. This site supports the work done by other PT3 grant recipients by linking standards to practice.

The purpose of this site is to assist educators in the use of technologies in teaching and learning. In the field of education, the term "best practice" is used to describe strategies, methods, and pedagogies that are informed by research, proven effective at achieving target outcomes, and accepted by leaders in the field.

This Best Practice web site was developed with K-12 educators in mind and aims to provide links to a range of learning technology web sites, articles and resources. The site will be of use to both preservice and inservice K-12 educators as well as teacher-educators and administrators. It is designed to serve both those who are beginning to integrate technology into their classroom and those who are seasoned users of technology in their teaching. We invite all K-12 educators to explore, discover, share, contribute to and learn from this site. Please proceed to search through our best practices database.
